Use an Ammo pouch.
In Africa I really like to use Ammo pouches or a culling belt to pack my ammo especially on any danger game hunts.
The last thing you need to be doing is fumbling around in your pocket for a bullet when you’re in need of one, so having them readily available is key.
Also when packing two types of bullets ie, softs and solids it’s a great way to keep things divided so you know what you’re grabbing at any given time.
