Back to back days on this trip I took a Blue Wildebeest and a Black Wildebeest. Both species are unique in their own ways as horn configuration and coloration of the capes are different. The Blue wildebeest is the most wide spread species of Wildebeest across Africa with different subspecies coming from different countries while the Black Wildebeest is its own species with no subspecies and is only found within the Southern Africa countries having been introduced to Namibia, Zim, and Botswana. They make a fun hunt and even better on the Braai.
