You can never be to prepared when getting ready to leave on any international hunts, over the last few days I've made several trips to the range practicing shoots at 100 to 300 yards and even out to 400 in preparation to head to Africa next week. On this safari I will be taking a Kimber 308 for the medium sized plains game and I will be shooting 180 grain federal fusion bullets, for the small game, large antelope and even cape buffalo I’m taking my Jarrett 375 HH with 300 grain Barnes tsx for the bigger plains game and buffalo and 300 grain jack hammer solids for the small antelope species.
