Sims Safaris Exclusive Northern Cape Group Hunt for 2025
This group/hosted hunt will take place May 15-22, 2025, With Almansdam Safaris.
We have two package deals that come included with daily rates, pick up and drop off at the airport in Kimberly and the trophy fee’s for the species included.
You are not limited to these two packages, nor are you limited to adding on to these packages. We could work a custom package up for you or you can pay the daily fee’s and hunt as you wish acquiring trophy fee’s at the end of the trip.
Included in the trip:
Guide, Accommodations, Lodge, Beverages (alcoholic), Gourmet Meals, Laundry Service, Wi-Fi, Airport Transfers, In-Field Transportation, Bird Processing, In-Field Trophy Care
Not included in the hunt will be:
Travel to Kimberly South Africa, hotel before or after safari, travel insurance, gratuities, trophy fees on other animals added to the packages or hunted off a daily fee.

If you want to build your own safari you can look at the Almansdam 2024 hunt detailer for pricing. If booking is Made before December 1st 2024 you can hold 2024 prices into 2025.
How do you pay for your safari?
For our packages a $1,500 deposit is required to confirm you’re hunt for any customized hunts it will be 50% of the daily rate. The final payment is due at the end of the safari.
What is the other cost of a safari?
Here is a breakdown of what other cost might be that will be associated with your safari. These prices are always subject to change plus or minus.
Flights on average round trip to Johannesburg will be $2,500 (booked 6 months in advance)
Johannesburg to Kimberly average $150 round trip (booked 6 months in advance)
Visa and gun permits $190 (90 days minimum before trip)
Rifle rental if you don’t take one $50 a day on average.
Dip and pack for 6 animals on average $830 (1 to 4 months after your trip)
Shipping on average for 6 animals $650 (6 months to a year after your hunt)
Broker fee for permits and importing $1,200 ( 6 months to a year after your hunt)
Tips: This is 100% based on your satisfaction but on average in total tips would be between $2,000 - $3,000 depending if its 2x1 and how much staff is in camp.
